How it works

Early on in the mortgage process, we will look at your needs and circumstances and will research products to find one that is suitable. We will then follow up with you during a consultation and will charge an administration fee upon submission of a decision in principle. If the advisor is unsuccessful in achieving a successful Decision in Principle, then ‘Our Service Promise’ kicks in and the administration fee will be returned to you in full.
