Difficult Mortgage.

I came to Jayne with very little hope as I had been advised I was difficult to place for a mortgage and was under great pressure on time. Jayne was fantastic, not only did she secure a great deal for me, she was contactable evenings and weekends and was brilliant and calm at guiding me through the process. We were in contact with Jayne for about 3 years as we viewed houses and explored different properties and financing options. I found Mallory Financial through unbiased.co.uk. They were the first to promptly respond with an offer to help with a remortgage which led me to the wonderful Jayne Knight (Sales Mngr). Was great to speak with an actual person who seamlessly navigated the market and made helpful recommendations. Case then handed off to Hollie Sweeney (Case Handler) who kept us regularly up to date with the application process all the way through to completion, which was done in super fast time of 3 weeks! Mallory receives my wholehearted recommendation and I will have no hesitation to point friends, family and colleagues in their direction should a need arise.

Mallory to the rescue – Divorcee with dodgy credit file seeking re-mortgage!

A tricky divorce left me with a problematic credit file which almost led me down the path of ‘non-high street’ lenders with far higher % rates. Mallory Financial were able to secure me a deal with a ‘normal’ lender at a time when I thought I would lose my family home completely. Jayne & Hollie were able to push things along and kick people’s @45£5 when needed. And when dealing with the likes of Integrar and HSBC, that evidently needs doing on numerous occasions! A last minute increase to my mortgage request was also dealt with efficiently.
